The service staff was impressive, friendly, and polite. The variety and quality of food was excellent. The location, near the beach and town center, was convenient. The All inclusive option with good quality meals was a highlight. The evening mini-disco and child's room were enjoyable for families. The hotel had a great vegetarian food selection. The hotel staff was quick, professional, and charming. The proximity to Cleopatra beach was a plus.

We loved the location of this hotel - it was so close to the beach! Being able to walk there in just a few minutes was really convenient. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, especially a lady named Victoria. She went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable and was always ready to assist us. The room we stayed in was great and we even got a free upgrade after not liking our initial room. we had a comfortable and luxurious experience at this hotel.

The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. the food was great, with a variety of vegetarian options as well. the cleaning staff were fantastic, making sure our room was spotless every day.

The staff could be friendlier and more welcoming, especially at the reception. the Wi-Fi was not very good in the rooms, but it worked well in the lobby area.
