The staff at Kars-I Si̇Ri̇N Otel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even called to offer us coffee soon after we arrived, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. We also had no trouble finding a parking lot. Despite the freezing temperatures outside, our room was very warm and cozy. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel has great amenities, including a clean and spacious room with all necessary facilities. Its location is superb, nestled close to many shops and restaurants where we could easily spend our free time.

The carpet in the hallway was also badly stained, and the shower could use some refurbishing to avoid minor mold buildup. our stay was enjoyable, but these minor issues detracted from our experience.
