I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city's main historical sites. It was right in the center of the old town, making it convenient for catching transport to other parts of the city. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any requests I had. They even arranged a tour for me to another city in Turkey, which was a great experience. The service was exceptional, with room service and other services like car hire and dry cleaning available. my stay here was comfortable, convenient, and of the highest quality.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff is first class - very friendly, helpful, and competent. Perfect location, near to everything. Easy access to airport and city attractions. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very accommodating with room changes and tour arrangements.

Excellent location near tram and shopping, friendly staff, comfortable room. 6 am check-in with coffee and biscuits. Helpful in finding lost item. Staff provided great customer service and breakfast was amazing.

I recently stayed in a hotel in Istanbul and it was a great experience. the room was clean, modern and the bed was quite comfortable. the breakfast had a wide variety of food options that suited different tastes and dietary restrictions. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was within walking distance to all the major attractions and there was a tram station right outside the hotel.

That the room was slightly smaller than expected and there was no view from the window. However, this didn't make a huge difference as I was out exploring most of the time.
