Excellent location near tram and shopping, friendly staff, comfortable room. 6 am check-in with coffee and biscuits. Helpful in finding lost item. Staff provided great customer service and breakfast was amazing.

I recently stayed in a hotel in Istanbul and it was a great experience. the room was clean, modern and the bed was quite comfortable. the breakfast had a wide variety of food options that suited different tastes and dietary restrictions. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was within walking distance to all the major attractions and there was a tram station right outside the hotel.

That the room was slightly smaller than expected and there was no view from the window. However, this didn't make a huge difference as I was out exploring most of the time.
