The hotel's location couldn't be better, as it is situated right in the center of town. This makes it extremely convenient for exploring all of the attractions and shops in the area. Additionally, it is just a short distance away from the bustling town center, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay.

Some guests have mentioned that the Wi-Fi system at the hotel can be quite poor due to the thick stone walls. However, the staff is always ready to assist and find ways to improve the connectivity for their guests.

We recently visited a charming hotel that had a very inviting lobby area with beautiful antique decors. I absolutely enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in the immaculate and tasteful garden outside our room, which had a variety of homemade pastries, toast bread, and a wide spread of typical Turkish breakfast foods. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the town area, Hacimemis, and dolmus stop. the hotel owner was extremely friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions on fantastic restaurants to try out.

Although the hotel was beautiful, the room's furniture was not ideal for my liking and the wardrobe was slightly dusty. the surrounding streets were blocked for cars, making it difficult to find parking in the immediate area.

We had trouble finding parking, but the hotel staff was so helpful. Hussein actually met us and showed us where to park, he even paid for it! The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with organic vegetables and freshly baked bread. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I highly recommend Kostem Hotel - Special Category for a wonderful stay in Alacati.
