Central air conditioning failed. temps soared uncomfortably.

during my recent stay, I found the hotel to be an ideal base for exploring the city, with the Blue Mosque just around a 15-minute walk away and charming local cafes only a few steps from the front door, making it easy to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day.

I appreciated the personal touch from the guest relations staff, who checked in on us daily. The rooftop views were breathtaking, but the street noise and inconsistent housekeeping detracted from the overall experience.

my experience and making sure I had everything I needed. The traditional Turkish Hamam was a delightful surprise, really helping me unwind. However, the breakfast area did get quite busy and finding a table could be a challenge at times.

the check-in was just a delight, waiting an hour, then being shoved into a smelly room with no privacy is truly an experience. not to mention, room service is a real game for gastro issues. i almost left a good review but how could i when i didn’t even get a complimentary gesture after all this bother? ,

The location is perfect! Close to the Spice Market and picturesque views of the bay. Our stay was enjoyable with our large dog, and we felt welcomed as we explored the vibrant surroundings. The friendly staff made checking in a breeze.

The building's history added a special touch to my experience, like the charming lobby that reminded me of novels. I had a large room that was well-prepared upon my arrival. In the morning, I savored the breakfast buffet with a stunning view of the city. It felt like I was immersed in a blend of comfort and culture during my time there.

The hotel had spacious rooms with amazing views, luxurious facilities, and a fantastic location close to attractions. I loved the daily check-ins from the guest relations team, especially from Mr Nadeem, who really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

the location is incredible. just minutes from iconic sights! the staff were attentive and friendly. breakfast had a nice variety too, offering fresh local ingredients. the free Hammam was a great bonus for relaxation after a busy day.
