As a tourist, I really enjoyed the excellent service and helpful staff at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, and the guest relations team from Russia provided us with valuable assistance. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job of keeping our room clean and fresh, and I would like to thank Mss. Nuean SonGul for her hard work and care. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the hotel's location near a shopping mall was convenient. The facilities, including the spa, were clean and well-maintained. I felt like home during my 9-night stay.

the exclusive amenities provided in the room made my stay comfortable and relaxing. the staff provided excellent service and were always willing to accommodate my needs. the spa and wellness center was top-notch and I left feeling rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were all in excellent condition.

this was easily overlooked with the other fantastic dining options available at the hotel.

Comfortable rooms, excellent gym with crossfit equipment, and good breakfast with live egg station. Manager and staff were helpful and professional. Free valet parking and outdoor breakfast on the 8th floor with an outstanding view. A great location in the middle of everything, with easy access to the Forum Mall.

My recent stay was very pleasant. The area had plenty of options for dining and shopping, making it convenient. The room was clean and cozy, and the bathroom was well-equipped with quality fixtures. The hotel staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and well-presented. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others.

The noise level was a bit high due to being located next to industrial area and it was difficult to request a taxi.

Had a cozy and comfortable stay over Thanksgiving, which was made better with the warm hospitality and service of the staff. the rooms were tidy and toiletries were replenished daily. Enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee facilities provided, which was convenient for the chilly weather. Conveniently located near shopping and dining options.

There could have been more variety for breakfast, as the same dishes were served every day. Had issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity in the room.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. However, the best part of our stay was the staff. They were super kind, hospitable, and attentive. Mert, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, even the smallest ones. Kadriye, the guest relation representative, was also very helpful and organized wonderful tours for us. The hotel's location is convenient, with public transport nearby, but we recommend renting a car.
