Very clean and contemporary. The room appeared to be recently renovated. Wifi was good and there was a nice big screen with access to streaming services. The location was in a residential area, which was nice, and it was on a busy street which made it convenient for getting around the city.

The description of the room was misleading - there was no kettle or coffee as promised. The listing also mentioned a shared kitchen and access to a patio area, but the proprietor stated that these were private for the family only.

The bed was super comfy and I had the best sleeps ever. The atmosphere in the home was great, thanks to the attentive hosts Lily and Sam. The location was ideal for travel, with easy access to buses and the Canada Line Sky Train.

The landlord was not very communicative and didn't answer the door on time. The room was slightly too cool and there was no individual thermostat.

The suite was quiet and comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive to our messages. We loved the convenience of having food outlets and convenience stores just steps away. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to public transportation. The quality linens and in-suite washer and dryer were also a plus. we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again. Thank you to Lily and Sam for being such attentive hosts.

We had a great stay at the West Cozy Retreat By Host Launch. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The location was convenient with plenty of parking across the street. The check-in process was easy and we appreciated not having to meet the host in person. The neighborhood was quiet, despite being on a busy street. The kitchen was well stocked and organized, making it easy for us to cook our own meals. The living room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of lighting. The bed was supportive and the AC and heating worked well. it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, perfect for both short and long-term rentals.

One drawback was the size of the room, as it was incredibly tiny and didn't have much space for our suitcases. Additionally, the supplies provided were limited, with no hand towel, limited tea and coffee options, and no fridge.

I really appreciated the complimentary laundry detergent, as I was able to do a load of laundry during my stay. Another great perk was the free parking available on the street. The decor of the unit was lovely, and the neighborhood was quiet. The host, Sam, was a nice man who warmly welcomed us. it was a wonderful experience.
