The service here is exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They even explained how to use the public transport so that we could easily get around. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities such as a fitness center, jacuzzi, and garden area, providing us with plenty of options for leisure activities. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

Staff could improve their understanding of basic English words to enhance their service effectiveness.

Not obvious to find

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I loved the spacious and clean rooms. It was a relief to have a comfortable shower and the convenience of a washing machine available with a token system. Additionally, the location was a key factor for me as it was within walking distance to the famous Mevlana.

On the downside, I was disappointed with the breakfast. the selection was not up to par and left much to be desired.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made for a good first impression. the location was very convenient for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were nice perks.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable, with constant traffic outside and thin walls between rooms. the room itself was also not as clean as expected, with some visible stains and dust.

We were delighted with our recent stay at Hilton Garden in Konya. The location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions and the lobby was inviting. Our room was comfortable and had a nice bathroom with a shower. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered plenty of options. The best part of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Esra and Murat from the kitchen staff who went above and beyond to assist us. We also appreciated the convenient guest washing machine that saved us from carrying too much luggage. we truly felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
