We had a wonderful stay at the Deluxe Apartments on Isla Holbox. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and also close to the center with its great restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was comfortable and clean, with air conditioning and plenty of hot water in the shower. The staff were friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any issues or questions we had. We also enjoyed the daily cleaning service and the well-maintained pool area. a fantastic experience!

The free bicycles provided were in poor condition and not very usable for exploring the island.

We had a nice time on our romantic escape, but there were a few downsides. We appreciated the two complementary cocktails upon arrival and the free bicycle rentals were useful for cruising around the area. The romantic walk along the nearby beach at sunset was the highlight of our stay and made for a lovely memory to take home with us.

The lack of sound barriers between the apartments made it difficult to relax and enjoy some privacy. The constant noise from construction on a nearby building was a major distraction.
