We had a wonderful stay at the Deluxe Apartments on Isla Holbox. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and also close to the center with its great restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was comfortable and clean, with air conditioning and plenty of hot water in the shower. The staff were friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any issues or questions we had. We also enjoyed the daily cleaning service and the well-maintained pool area. a fantastic experience!

The free bicycles provided were in poor condition and not very usable for exploring the island.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect - right by the beach and close to a quiet area. The service was excellent, with room service and housekeeping taking care of our needs. The room amenities were fantastic, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area with a dining table. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area with outdoor dining, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach access, where we could relax and soak up the sun. The staff were friendly and provided us with everything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a nice time on our romantic escape, but there were a few downsides. We appreciated the two complementary cocktails upon arrival and the free bicycle rentals were useful for cruising around the area. the romantic walk along the nearby beach at sunset was the highlight of our stay and made for a lovely memory to take home with us.

The lack of sound barriers between the apartments made it difficult to relax and enjoy some privacy. the constant noise from construction on a nearby building was a major distraction.
