I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Bursa for 5 days. The staff, especially Mr. Abdul Hadi, Mrs. Melikee, Mr. Askin, Mr. Selcuk, and Mr. Gulletin, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel had great facilities, including a spa with affordable services and fast Internet. The room had a lovely city view during the day and a glamorous night view from the sky bar. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious, and there was a nice public park across the street. Away from the noisy parts of the city, it was a perfect stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near Luna Park, but it's away from the tourist spots in the city center. It's also close to the city center and the park below, which is a great advantage. The rooms are spacious, and the gym and thermal spa are well-designed and cared for. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the internet is fast.

The noise from water sounds and talking in the bathroom can be very disturbing.

This hotel exceeded my luxury expectations. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the reception and staff and they showed me around the exclusive amenities. The in-room breakfast was delicious, featuring local dishes and a wide range of options from the special diet menus. The Spa & wellness centre with the steam room and Turkish bath was definitely a highlight, and the massages provided by the spa centre were fantastic.

The location of this hotel was slightly inconvenient with limited public transportation options. However, it was not a major issue as there were many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
