The hotel's location on the hill overlooking the beautiful Bosphorus straits near Taksim Square is fantastic. It's also close to the Kabatas tram, which is very handy for exploring. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, while the rooms with comfortable beds, pillows and a sofa beside the bed are perfect. The bathroom is really big, which is great.

The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Special thanks to Deniz, Nesra, Sercan, Guldali, and Mohammed for their wonderful service during breakfast. I was thoroughly impressed with the warm welcome and excellent stay. I highly recommend this hotel for families and I will definitely be coming back soon.

Breakfast was delicious and a highlight of the stay.

We loved the location of this place -- on a hill overlooking a palace -- and it was very convenient to get to the Kabatas tram and Taksim. The service, from check-in to room service, was impeccable, and the staff who took care of us were all very friendly and well-managed in their behavior. The facilities were great -- clean and well-stocked with amenities like ironing facilities, in-room safe, mini-bar, and more. And the dining options were impressive, with both a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area.

Nothing to fault.

I had an amazing time during my city trip! Two complementary facts really made my stay special. the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They were always there to give me advice on where to go and what to see. the breakfast had a big choice and was of high quality. the key location facts also made my trip better. It was a short walk to the tram station and the Bosphorus, and Taksim was not far away. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the modern style and cleanliness of the hotel.

There were some negative aspects that I didn’t like. the cleaning lady could have done a better job, as the bathroom and kitchen knives were not cleaned well.

This hotel exceeded all expectations with its luxurious amenities and top, notch service. the in, room breakfast was a delightful experience, and the massage service was a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day.
