During my xmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the exceptional cleanliness. From the moment I entered the lobby to my cozy room, everything was immaculate. the staff was another standout aspect. They were professional and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. the hotel's location was key. It was conveniently located near malls and had easy access to the airport, which made my travels hassle-free.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a few aspects that could be improved. there was some traffic noise due to the hotel's proximity to a main road.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. Its location in the suburb area was perfect for us, as it was close to the airport and in a walking distance from a very large mall. The hotel provided a free shuttle service which made our travels even more convenient. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel also had a relaxing spa & wellness centre, where we enjoyed rejuvenating massages and beauty treatments. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality of service.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Perfect location near the airport, just a quick walk to the metro station and a shopping mall. Our suite was clean, modern, and spacious, with two smart TVs and a fully equipped kitchen. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even upgrading our room for free upon our late-night arrival. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of high-quality options.

The main street noise was distracting, starting early in the morning. the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, and the narrow rooms left little space for luggage.

We absolutely loved the excellent staff at Mia City Hotel. They made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The upgraded room provided by Berk at the front desk was a nice touch. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel's central location near malls, the airport, and restaurants was very convenient. it was a great stay for us as party people.

We felt really welcomed and had no complaints during our stay.
