We enjoyed an excellent stay with a prime location close to Lleras park, ideal for exploring the El Poblado neighborhood and mountains within walking distance. Our room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, with a range of facilities included. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, and we were thrilled with the stunning views during our stay.

I recently stayed at San Fernando Plaza for a few nights and it was absolutely amazing! The staff, especially Orlando from the dining room, provided excellent customer service and made my stay exceptional. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of high-quality food prepared by their amazing chefs. The pool was the best I've experienced in all the hotels I've been to, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The views from the rooms' huge windows were breathtaking. everything was perfect and I strongly recommend this hotel.

Mijn verblijf in dit hotel was geweldig! Het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam en aardig, en sprak goed Engels wat ons enorm geholpen heeft. Ze hebben zelfs onze transfer en de boot naar Phi Phi voor ons geregeld, super handig! Gelukkig was de wifi natuurlijk beschikbaar in onze kamer, wat erg fijn was. Het hotel ligt op slechts 5-10 minuten afstand van het strand en het nachtleven, en heeft zelfs een poolruimte beneden waar je tijd kunt doorbrengen als het regent. En niet te vergeten, het ontbijt is geweldig als je dit erbij boekt, je bespaart echt veel geld hiermee!

As a German couple traveling to Medellin for the first time, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the San Fernando Plaza. The hotel's location, facilities, and breakfast options were truly amazing. We were delighted to find vegetarian options available, and the restaurant staff/waiters were exceptionally polite. The entire hotel staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms were also commendable, and the availability of taxis made transportation convenient. The breakfast staff, in particular, provided exceptional service.

There is a stunning outdoor swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas for relaxing moments. the Jacuzzi and Turkish bath are great for those seeking more leisure, as well as the stunning garden area. A private facility was provided, offering an exclusive touch to the experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and exquisite bar/lounge area with its Continental breakfast and restaurant buffet.

The only negative aspect was the service provided by the hotel staff, which could have been more professional. Despite this minor issue, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I had a memorable experience here.
