All staff were professional and friendly, especially at the pool bar and pool coffee shop. Comfortable rooms with excellent housekeeping. Delicious food and 24-hour drink availability. Hotel conveniently close to the beach. Highly recommended for families. Respect to all hotel staff.

The location of the hotel was great, it was in a lively part of the city and there were plenty of shops and restaurants around. the hotel was situated within walking distance of several tourist attractions, which was very convenient. the hotel rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The pool area was very crowded and it was difficult to find a spot to relax. the breakfast was not very varied and most dishes were quite basic.

Our recent stay at a 5-star hotel in Avsallar was luxurious. the venue had beautiful outdoor swimming pools, with plenty of sun loungers to choose from, a spacious spa lounge, and a great selection of body treatments. the staff were friendly and provided impeccable service.

Despite the lovely atmosphere and quality amenities, the hotel's entertainment program was a minor issue. It was lacking in variety and activities were geared towards Russian-speaking guests.

The staff, especially Ferid and Muhamed, at the pool bar were professional and friendly. The rooms were extra comfortable and the housekeeping was excellent. The food was delicious and 24-hour drinks, including alcoholic beverages, were available. The hotel is located just a few meters from the beach, where food and drinks are also free. Highly recommended for families.
