Excellent location, clean rooms, free minibar, excellent breakfast, calm rooms, friendly and efficient staff.

All was perfect.

The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to explore the area. The spa was lovely, offering relaxing massages that helped us unwind after a long day of sightseeing. the hotel's restaurant offered a great breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel lacked proper room maintenance, with the cleaning crew showing up quite late, and the air conditioning being turned off, making the room uncomfortably hot. the hallways and public areas of the hotel could use more lighting to avoid the uncomfortable feeling of walking around in the dark.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The luxurious room was equipped with exclusive amenities that met our every need. The location was also great, with breathtaking views of the city from our private balcony. The staff provided excellent service, catering to our every request promptly and professionally.

Although everything was great during our stay at this hotel, we did experience a minor issue with the Wi-Fi connection. However, the staff was quick to resolve the issue and ensure that we had a seamless experience.
