The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from popular tourist spots like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The rooftop terrace offered a breathtaking view of Hagia Sophia during sunrise. Despite a few minor issues, such as a missing kettle and limited minibar options, the hotel was clean and tidy. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even decorating our room for our anniversary and offering us a packed breakfast for our early flight. I had a wonderful stay at Nowy Efendi Hotel - Special Category. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the bustling Sultan Ahmet area and close to many cafes and restaurants. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds. The breakfast served in the cozy top floor café was delicious, with a variety of options and a stunning view of Hagia Sophia. The staff, especially Burcu and Mehmet, were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even helped us with airport transfers and provided useful tips for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a great Istanbul experience.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff were exceptional and provided top-notch customer service. The hotel's cleanliness was spot on, and the facilities were great. The location was perfect, as it was super near to the main shopping area of Sultanahmet and close to popular touristic sites. Additionally, it was right by the tram stop, making it easy for us to explore other areas. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff at the hotel were friendly and professional.

The hotel had a great location, nestled in a quiet area within walking distance of major attractions. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing us with useful advice and going above and beyond to meet our needs. The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of renovation. Additionally, the beds were a bit small, and the breakfast lacked variety, with the same options offered every day.

The best part of my stay was the incredible complimentary breakfast at the hotel. They had a wide variety of delicious and healthy options, including fresh cherry juice and spiced eggs. Another highlight was the central location of the hotel, with most top historical places within a 5-10 minute walk. Additionally, the staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel totally at home.

One downside was that the rooms were a bit small, but it was understandable considering the prime location. Another drawback was that the Wi-Fi in some rooms was a bit unreliable and there wasn't much space to set up a laptop.
