The location of Floransa City Hotel was excellent, with easy access to transportation services and nearby restaurants and shopping places. The opening free drinks were a pleasant surprise, although there were some limitations in the availability of cold drinks. The hotel also offered early check-in and the receptionist was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and complimentary water was provided. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas in a hotel in Istanbul. the breakfast served was a delight and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the hotel was close to major transportation hubs that made traveling around Istanbul a breeze. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and their prompt service was a highlight of the stay.

The room was quite small and not very well maintained. the bathroom was not cleaned properly and the linens were not changed frequently.
