Free drinks, close to trams and restaurants, convenient location. Clean room, helpful staff , nice shower. Great location for transportation and markets, good breakfast. Helpful and talkative owner, felt like home.

The location of Floransa City Hotel was excellent, with easy access to transportation services and nearby restaurants and shopping places. The opening free drinks were a pleasant surprise, although there were some limitations in the availability of cold drinks. The hotel also offered early check-in and the receptionist was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and complimentary water was provided. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas in a hotel in Istanbul. The breakfast served was a delight and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel was close to major transportation hubs that made traveling around Istanbul a breeze. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and their prompt service was a highlight of the stay.

The room was quite small and not very well maintained. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the linens were not changed frequently.
