The hotel gave me a comfortable room with a clean bathroom which I enjoyed. the cleaner was diligent as the room was cleaned when I was out and fresh towels were provided. the location is convenient as it's close to historical landmarks and tramway station which eased my movement greatly

I didn't like the breakfast as the variation was poor and the food didn't taste great. the internet signal in my room was weak and would frequently disconnect, which made working impossible.

The staff is cooperative and the breakfast has good variety. The guest relation representative is very helpful. The manager speaks English well. The location is convenient for amenities and the Festival Park.
