One specific instance was when we had an issue with our room assignment. Despite the hotel not having any available twin bed rooms, they offered us a sofa as an alternative. While the sleeping experience wasn't the best, their effort to find a solution was commendable. The hotel's location was also ideal, with a variety of local restaurants and bars nearby. The room service was excellent and our room was always clean. I would recommend staying at this hotel for its friendly staff and convenient location.

Spent Xmas holidays in a hotel recently and it was amazing! the hotel provided complimentary cookies and hot cocoa that were oh so good! the location was very convenient, being close to the shopping district and local attractions. What impressed me most was the gym facilities, which allowed me to workout during my stay without any hassle.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were some suspicious smudges on the curtains and walls.
