The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The staff, especially Mr. Timur at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. The hotel also offered free parking and had high-speed internet. great value for money and a convenient place to stay.

My xmas at the hotel was amazing! the fresh fruit basket and bottle of wine were nice complementary treats. the location was perfect, with a train station right outside making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

The only downside was that the nearby restaurants weren't very good. We had to take taxis to find better options.

Upon my arrival, the reception workers upgraded my room, which had luxurious exclusive amenities. the location was very good and easily accessible by public transportation. the Spa and wellness center was a delightful experience. the restaurant offered great buffet breakfast, catering service and special diet menus. In-room breakfast was also available. the private facilities were exclusive and comfortable.

Although everything was great, I encountered a minor issue at the restaurant. A staff member seemed to be disturbing me while I was eating.
