We recently stayed at this hotel for one night and we were very impressed with our experience. The hotel is newly built and it is evident that they prioritize cleanliness and comfort. The staff was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We had an issue with the AC in one of our rooms, but the man at the front desk, Hakki, was fantastic and upgraded us to a suite. We really appreciated his efforts to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and spacious and the food in the restaurant was perfect. We would definitely recommend this place to families.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Izmir and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and spacious with a modern design. The restaurant food was perfect, and the staff, especially a fantastic man named Hakki at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. When I had an issue with the AC in one of my rooms, Hakki offered us an upgrade to a Suite. I want to give a big thanks to Mr. Hakki for his exceptional service. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym and a lovely pool for swimming. I highly recommend this place.

Nothing not to like.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern design and comfortable amenities at Ramada. The spa and gym area was a definite highlight, providing a relaxing escape. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The Thai masseuse at the spa was excellent, although we wished there were more masseuses available. The duty managers, Emre and Onur, were incredibly helpful and spoke English fluently, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and very functional. The rooms were spacious, equipped with intelligent lighting, and came with all necessary facilities, including a gym and swimming pool. hotel service was excellent, and there was a health club and spa on-site.

The hotel's location was not ideal for tourists and was quite isolated from nearby attractions. It was far from the airport, and the front desk staff had difficulty communicating in English.
