Beautiful stay with some quirks

This place has such a cool vibe with tons of history. Our room was stunning, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Room service rocked too! The pools were lovely, and the views were spot-on. The beach area was a bit of a letdown, kinda small and not safe for swimming. Still, a fab spot for a memorable birthday!

We stayed at the Condado Vanderbilt for a week-long family vacation and had an amazing time. The pool area and beach access were perfect for our kids to enjoy. The hotel's proximity to Old San Juan was a huge advantage, as we could easily explore the city within a 10-minute drive. The senior car valets provided excellent service throughout our stay. The 1919 restaurant was wonderful, although the room was a bit cold. We also loved the casual dinner experience at Tacos and Tequila. the staff were accommodating and friendly, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the location was convenient.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and absolutely stunning. I had a beachfront view that also offered a partial city and bay view, which was just perfect. The hotel staff was amazing; Kenneth the Butler was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The entire staff was polite and attentive, ensuring that my stay exceeded my expectations. The bars and restaurants were fantastic, with personable and attentive staff. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and clean. I stayed in one of the newer wings of the building but also explored the older wing, which was in great condition as well. I was thoroughly pleased and would highly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the views from the pool and the restaurants. the panoramic scenery was breathtaking. the lobby bar was also a nice spot to relax and enjoy a drink. And let's not forget the fantastic service at 1919 restaurant. the staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout our meal.

One thing that was disappointing was the lack of clarity in the room descriptions. We booked a room with a tower ocean view and expected to have a clear view of the ocean.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was superb, right on the beach with breathtaking ocean views from our room's balcony. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Lastly, the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for the high-end amenities and services provided. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

I recently stayed at the impressive Condado Vanderbilt in San Juan for a four-night getaway. The service provided by the staff was outstanding - friendly, well educated, and professional. The hotel was meticulously planned and maintained, with everything clean and tidy. From the warm welcome with a glass of champagne upon check-in to the spacious room with an ocean view, my experience was superb. The easy checkout process was the cherry on top. I can't wait to return to this incredible hotel.

The location and view were perfect, overlooking the ocean with crashing waves. The staff was wonderful and attentive. The food and drinks were great, especially the Moscow Mules and Whiskey Sours. The spa experience was extraordinary. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of excellent restaurants.

We enjoyed the complementary drinks at check-in and the free breakfast. the location was great for shopping and sightseeing. One of the best things was the rooftop pool, which had a great view.

The room was not as romantic as we had hoped and was quite small. And while the rooftop pool was great, there was no poolside service.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday at Condado Vanderbilt and the butler service exceeded expectations. They surprised her with beautiful and thoughtful decorations in the room. Even the toiletries were high-quality. Though expensive, the hotel and staff were worth every penny. we highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel had fantastic ocean and bay views from our spacious and clean suite. The location was prime, within walking distance to great restaurants, other hotels, and even a casino. We also loved the convenience of having a small private beach area right next door to the hotel's public beach. The staff provided top-tier service and even greeted us with champagne during check-in. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were excellent. we had a great experience here.
