The customer service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, including some of the best food I've ever eaten, all for a reasonable price.

This hotel has a great location by the sea with beautiful views of the Taurus mountains. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with oversized terraces to enjoy the view. The breakfast was included and had something for everyone, even an espresso. The location is perfect, within walking distance from the Sheraton reserved area on the beach and the city center.

the Spa & wellness centre is thoroughly relaxing, the massage and body scrub services are exceptional and the outdoor swimming pool is beautifully designed. the location offers easy access to the beach and the indoor swimming pool has a luxurious atmosphere.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of seating at the poolside snack bar. Sometimes it was difficult to find a spot to sit and enjoy a quick bite to eat.

One of the negative aspects of our stay was the noise level in our room. We found it quite noisy, especially at night, which made it difficult to sleep.
