During my recent stay, I had a fantastic time at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The buffet exceeded my expectations with its wide variety of fresh and delicious food options. I also enjoyed the entertainment provided by the hardworking animation team. The water park was a hit, offering fun for guests of all ages. The resort's beach, although not directly connected, was easily accessible with the provided transportation. I had an exceptional experience at Royal Seginus.

The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of options to choose from and ensuring that there is something for everyone. the outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax and soak up some sun, with its convenient location right next to the bar. the staff were really friendly and always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The gym was a bit of a disappointment, with its early closing time limiting our ability to work out in the evening. the noise levels from other guests were quite high, which made it hard to get a peaceful night's sleep.

Excellent staff, especially in Food and Beverage. Always clean room. Amazing food and spa services. Good drinks. Price performance hotel. Reception could improve. Special thanks to Raman from animation for going above and beyond. Will definitely return.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, giving a pleasant stay. The beach area is stunning, although weather conditions impacted my enjoyment. The food timing and availability cater to the needs of all guests. The lobby is elegant with two bars offering a wide range of drinks. The restaurant staff are incredibly helpful, making the dining experience enjoyable. The hotel is worth another visit in the summer.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access down to the amphitheater for shows and entertainment. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and willing to help with everything, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast served at the restaurant had a wide variety of options and the view from the dining area was lovely. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, such as swimming pools and an aqua park, perfect for families with kids.

One negative aspect was the attitude of some of the reception staff, who were rude and unhelpful at times.
