We had a great New Year's stay at this modern and clean hotel. the service was efficient and courteous, with a swift check-in process. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a separate pull-out bed for the kids. the bathroom was modern and clean, with a fun feature of a translucent shower glass that could be made see-through by pressing a button. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of hot and cold options, and the efficient and friendly service made the experience even better.

The lack of nearby food options. While there were accessible options about 10-15 minutes away, it would have been more convenient to have more choices within a closer proximity.

They even surprised me with a complimentary breakfast and a room upgrade. the location was also convenient as it was close to public transit and local attractions.

The expensive parking that cost me extra money. However, I was able to find a cheaper alternative by parking on the street overnight and then using the hotel parking facility for a few hours.
