Everything was fantastic.

This hotel is located in a vibrant area, close to Xi-Dan shopping area and within walking distance to popular tourist attractions. You can easily explore the local shops and spend some time browsing through the huge supermarket nearby. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with spacious bathrooms and amenities. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with attentive and courteous staff members. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel facilities, such as the pool and gym, are well-maintained and enjoyable.

The noise level in the lobby can be quite high, impacting the overall ambiance.

The staff were excellent, Florian in management and Darwin at the Concierge desk. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was nice.

Good This hotel provided me with an unforgettable luxurious stay. the Spa & wellness centre was inviting, with exclusive amenities that made me feel pampered and relaxed. the restaurant was divine, serving delectable food with outstanding service. In-room breakfast was perfect, delightfully presented. the private facilities were truly exclusive and added to the luxurious experience. the location advantages were also notable, being in a prime spot for easy transportation. the staff was welcoming, courteous, and attentive, making sure all my needs were fulfilled.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was superb, with spacious and clean rooms, including a bathroom that had no plumbing issues. The hotel facilities, such as the air purifier in the room and the lovely indoor pool, were outstanding. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service and assistance with transportation and package reception. The location was perfect, very close to all the main city attractions and right in the city center. Moreover, the breakfast offered was very nice, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

During our stay at JW Marriott Central, we were blown away by the stellar service and offerings at the Executive Lounge. From the delectable beef noodle chef preparing mouthwatering dishes to the wide variety of fruits, breads, and pastries at breakfast, every moment in the lounge was a culinary delight. The English-speaking staff and concierge service added an extra touch of convenience to our experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional Executive Lounge experience.

I recently spent Christmas at a hotel in Beijing and there were a few things that I really liked about my stay. the hotel offered a cozy and festive atmosphere, with beautiful holiday decorations throughout the property. It really helped to get me into the Christmas spirit. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to various attractions and shopping areas. It was great to be able to explore the city and take in the festive sights. Lastly, the hotel had a delicious Christmas dinner buffet. the food was absolutely amazing and the selection was impressive. It was a real treat to indulge in such a delightful feast.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly enjoy about my stay. the hotel's heating system seemed to be quite inefficient.

Delicious Italian food and a delightful breakfast buffet were available. the location was great for visiting all the main attractions, with a metro station just a few minutes' walk away.

The hotel charged an excessive exchange rate when converting our credit card charge to USD. This resulted in a significant overcharge on our bill.

We were delighted to find a beautiful towel swan with rose petals on our bed, a lovely surprise for our anniversary trip. The staff in the executive lounge went above and beyond, even during a busy dinner hour. Each employee we interacted with was exemplary. we highly recommend this hotel.

The room met all our needs and had a nice view. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve a lost item. The concierge desk was especially helpful. a great experience.

We had a group of three and needed 2 taxis to Beijing West station. The hotel staff were superb in helping us retrieve a forgotten laptop bag from one of the taxis, saving our day. The breakfast had a great variety, including live cooking station and delicious Chinese food. The room was lovely, spacious, and clean with a nice city view at night. The staff, especially Florian and Darwin, were excellent and went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
