The hotel personnel was friendly and helpful 24/7. We got a bigger room and enjoyed a delicious a la carte breakfast with an amazing view on the rooftop terrace. The ideal location allowed us to walk to most attractions and the metro station was just around the corner.

I also loved the convenient location, as it was within walking distance of Taxim Square. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views that added to the overall charm of the hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The luxurious amenities provided were remarkable. The rooms were spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with exclusive facilities, including a large bathroom and comfortable beds. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, always ready to assist us in anything we needed. The sun terrace was a lovely and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the surroundings. Moreover, the hotel's restaurant offered high-quality food, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for an evening drink.

The only minor issue I found was the noise coming from the street. However, this was quickly solved by requesting a room at the back of the hotel away from the street noise.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the nearest metro station and surrounded by great dining options and supermarkets. The rooms were well-appointed with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. I also appreciated the modern gym facilities. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning.

The free Wi-Fi and breakfast were a great bonus during my stay. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the action. the room was clean and comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.

The noise level was unbearable, with loud music and chatter going well into the night. the air conditioning was directly above the bed, making it difficult to sleep, and the vanilla coffee provided in the room was not to my taste.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Galata, just a short walk away from the iconic Galata Tower. You will be surrounded by a plethora of amazing food options, ensuring you never go hungry. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern design. The bathrooms are large and sparkling clean. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to meet your needs. Plus, the breakfast offers a wide selection of high-quality ingredients.

The noise from the nearby night club may disturb your sleep.

The hotel's rooftop restaurant, Simone's, offers exceptional food with a unique view of the Bosphorus, Galata Tower, and the old peninsula. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure all your needs are met. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Complimentary soft drinks and water are provided daily. The location is excellent, with bars, clubs, and restaurants nearby.
