The garden was beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. the hotel's location was perfect with easy access to the city center within a few minutes of walking. the hotel's staff was very helpful, an advantage we enjoyed.

We were assigned a room in the basement without windows and close to the boiler-room, resulting in a lot of noise whenever someone ran water in another room. We requested a room change on the following day, and the new room was located near the entrance, but it was not soundproof, so we could hear guests coming in and out, waking us up.

The luxurious amenities and exclusive service at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing and the massage at the private facility was truly relaxing. The garden area was beautifully maintained and added to the tranquil atmosphere. The room was equipped with exclusive advantages and the in-room breakfast was delicious. The bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city center within a short walk.

The only minor issue I encountered was the noise level in the room. Although the room was well-equipped and comfortable, the soundproofing could be improved.

Cute staff, attention to detail, feels like home. Perfect location, city center within 5 min walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully kept garden. Recommending to everyone.
