I recently stayed at Shangri-La in Istanbul for a week. The location on the Bosphorus banks was perfect, with stunning views. The breakfast was outstanding, and the food in all three restaurants was great. The staff were superb, friendly, and hospitable, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The spacious rooms had modern utilities, and the spa offered a variety of options and facilities. It was also conveniently within walking distance of town and traditional cafes.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel. The whole experience was amazing, from the beautiful building and gorgeous interior design to the accommodating and super friendly staff.

I had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel by the Bosphorus. The boutiquey feel, attentive staff, and nice amenities made my stay memorable. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, and the spacious rooms were a delight. The Chi spa offered an amazing Swedish massage at a great price. The nearby Besiktas neighborhood was vibrant and filled with garden bars. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La in Istanbul for a few days and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly responsive and had my room prepared before I even arrived. They even went the extra mile by providing a baby cot with toys and all the necessary baby products in the bathroom. The amenities, including the shower products from l’Occitane, were of top-notch quality. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. They even arranged a taxi for me at the end of my stay, which can be difficult in Istanbul. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and had beautiful interiors. The staff treated us like family and even surprised us with a birthday cake for my son. The location was great, right on the Bosphorus, and we loved the luxurious feel of the hotel.

The hotel had amazing views that instantly made me fall in love with the city. the room design was beautiful and comfortable, and the bathroom felt luxurious. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food and the Turkish coffee and delights were a wonderful treat. the location was also perfect, with a ferry station right outside the hotel.

One downside was that the hotel could get crowded at times due to the nearby ferry stop. This meant that during breakfast or lunch, there were often lots of people rushing around.

They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants that could accommodate our dietary needs and also helped us navigate the city with ease.
