During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming service provided by the staff. Their kindness and helpfulness made our trip even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, being within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered a nice breakfast with fresh food and always provided plenty of bottled water.

One aspect that could be improved is the availability of separate towels for the pool area. It would have been more convenient if the hotel provided towels specifically for use at the pool, rather than having to bring towels from the room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. Deluxe double room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Great view from the rooftop terrace. Excellent breakfast with varied options. Hamam bathing facility.

One thing I didn't like was the lack of water glasses in the room. It would have been nice to have a glass to use for drinking water.

The staff, especially Okay, Fatima, Yigit, and Sercan, treated us like family and were extremely friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the sites and the beautiful Bosphorus. The delicious breakfast and afternoon tea/snacks were a nice touch.
