During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming service provided by the staff. Their kindness and helpfulness made our trip even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, being within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered a nice breakfast with fresh food and always provided plenty of bottled water.

One aspect that could be improved is the availability of separate towels for the pool area. It would have been more convenient if the hotel provided towels specifically for use at the pool, rather than having to bring towels from the room.

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who quickly checked us in and offered us a complimentary breakfast while we waited for our room to be ready. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, with a stunning view of Gulhane Park. We were also impressed with the hotel's central location, as it was conveniently situated near the tram station and many historical attractions. The shops right outside the hotel were an added bonus. our stay at this hotel was excellent and we would definitely recommend it.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the clean and comfortable rooms at this boutique hotel. The pool and sauna were a great retreat after a day of exploring Istanbul. The staff, especially Okay, Fatima, Yigit, and Sercan, treated us like family and were extremely friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the sites and the beautiful Bosphorus. The delicious breakfast and afternoon tea/snacks were a nice touch.
