The spacious porch offered lounge chairs perfect for relaxing in. The friendly staff makes guests feel welcome with their great service and attentive care. We had a fantastic stay here for two nights. The location was perfect for Mercer events and the staff were incredibly helpful when it came to tours and ticket assistance. The service was top-notch, from the dry cleaning to housekeeping and laundry. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and the happy hour was a nice touch. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a lovely terrace. We appreciated the little details such as garden furniture and free toiletries. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we loved dining in-room. The staff epitomised Southern charm and hospitality and really made our stay special. We also loved the leisure facilities like the sun terrace and the garden area. The wi-fi was fast and reliable, and the on-site car park was convenient.
