We accidentally left our valuables in the safe box and the manager took immediate action, safely packing our items and arranging for a reliable taxi to send them to the airport before our departure. The attentive and careful attitude of the manager was truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing Christmas holiday at this hotel! the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. the location couldn't be better, with plenty of shopping and dining options just steps away. Plus, the hotel was always clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only minor drawback was that the walls were a bit thin, so we could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms, but it didn't really affect our overall experience.
