We stayed at this hotel in the heart of the ancient city and loved every bit of it. It is located in a bustling area with lots of restaurants open until 3am and walking distance to popular attractions. We enjoyed the impeccable service from bell staff/porter to housekeeping who were friendly and professional. The room amenities were top-notch with a soundproofed room, in-room air conditioning, terrace, and more. The chef Erhan is impressive and provided beautiful and delicious breakfasts.

We stayed here for a family vacation and had a wonderful time. The staff, including Irem, Ali, Oktay, Kadir, and Mehmet. The location near the Blue Mosque and great restaurants was a highlight. The staff even made us breakfast sandwiches for our early morning flight - fantastic!

I recently stayed at The Byzantium Suites Hotel in Istanbul for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. The staff, including Maya, Azad, Yusuf, and Hussain, were extremely helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our executive suite with a kitchenette and sea view was lovely, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went out of their way to solve any problems that came up during my stay. The view from the hotel's terrace was also great, providing a beautiful backdrop for enjoying a drink or meal.

We had a lovely stay in a hotel located near all the famous historical sites, making it convenient to walk or tram around. The room was clean and tidy and we appreciated the daily cleaning service and fresh towels. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of traditional dishes and fresh juices. The staff at the restaurant, especially Irem, was very courteous and attentive. We enjoyed the facilities, especially the Turkish hamam and the well-equipped spa.

Some nearby restaurants were too expensive and not up to our standards.

The hotel provided us with complimentary breakfast and a free shuttle service to the nearby attractions. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the major tourist spots. We also enjoyed the breathtaking view from the rooftop terrace.

The room was a bit noisy at night as we could hear the noise from the hallway, but it didn't bother us too much. the food, while not the best we have ever had, was decent and served its purpose for a quick bite before heading out to explore the city.
