The staff were very friendly and responsive, and Mr. Serhan ensured our comfort throughout. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were amazing, with a heavenly rain shower. The hotel is only 4 months old, so everything felt new and clean. Wi-Fi was reliable, and check-out was prompt with a convenient luggage room. We even got a room upgrade with a Bosphorus view. Highly recommended!
