It was a great way to start the day, looking out at the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the hotel had a spa and massage services, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of work. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I found disappointing. the furnishings in the room felt outdated and some were even broken.

The staff treated me very well and the spa area, sauna, and hammam were all top-notch. Ahmed, the massage therapist, deserves special praise for his excellent service.

Our experience at the hotel was overall disappointing. The cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, even after requesting it to be cleaned.
