The food, dinner and breakfast menus were excellent. The room, bed, and facilities were great. The reception staff were welcoming and the jazz music during dinner added a nice touch. The gardens had plenty of seating and space. The bar staff and live music were exceptional. The robes provided were a nice touch. a warm and comfortable stay.

The room was comfortable, clean and had a sitting area where you can relax and enjoy the view. I enjoyed a great breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, which was delicious. The leisure spa & wellness centre was my favourite part, it has an indoor swimming pool and sauna area. The treatment rooms for body wraps and massages were fantastic!

That the bed in my room was a double instead of a king or super king size, which I would have expected considering the cost and the size of the room.

We had a great Christmas stay, the Christmas meal was delicious, and the Christmas decorations were impressive. the location was perfect, right in the heart of town with easy access to shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the complimentary tea and coffee in the room, and the free wifi was a plus.

The room was quite cramped, and the bed was uncomfortable. the walls were thin, and we could hear everything going on outside and in other rooms.
