We had an absolutely fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, close to everything including a lovely theme park and shopping areas. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who were always happy to help. The amenities in the room were amazing, including ironing facilities, mini-bar and balcony, making for a very comfortable stay. The dining options were also great, with delicious food and wonderful staff in the restaurant.

All in all, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful hotel experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and luxurious rooms at the hotel, complete with big and comfy beds. The staff were kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The high-speed Wi-Fi was a nice bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our trip. Not to mention, the hotel's location within the amusement park and shopping area made it convenient for us to explore and find everything we needed. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

What a fantastic stay! The rooms were huge and beautifully designed with high ceilings; we felt like we were staying in a European mansion. The location was perfect, with two large malls nearby, offering easy access to shopping and fun. The staff were amazing, especially Mr Hamza, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We also appreciated the complimentary amenities that were offered, which made us feel valued as guests.

Although there were many positive aspects of our stay, we were disappointed that the hotel lacked a gym and a pool. We also found the room service to be slow in responding to our requests.

The hotel is located above a mall and a theme park, making it convenient for trekkers and group of friends. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, with great showers and nice room sizes. The staff, including Can, Anil, and the others at the front desk, are always happy to help and go the extra mile. Dominica, in charge of housekeeping, does a fantastic job. The location is perfect for families, with restaurants, shopping, and lots of activities for kids.

Amazing Hospitality

During our stay at Vialand Palace, we had an unexpected issue with the Wi-Fi reception in our room. It was spotty at best and rarely worked. However, the hotel manager and staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered us a free night so that we could come back when the issue was resolved. Their exceptional hospitality truly impressed us. I highly recommend this hotel for their incredible service.
