This hotel exceeded my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and beach access. the massage and Turkish bath were particularly rejuvenating. I also enjoyed the live entertainment and barbecue facilities on the sun terrace. the restaurant served delicious buffet breakfast and dinner, including special diet menus. the private facilities were exclusive and the location was convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful. this hotel provided me with an unforgettable experience.

The only minor issue I encountered was the slow internet for the first couple of days of my vacation.

Loved: The hotel was absolutely stunning, clean, and well-maintained. The pool area was spacious and inviting. We also loved the fact that the hotel had plenty of entertainment options, including shows and water exercises. Additionally, the all-inclusive aspect was a major plus for us, as we could enjoy the facilities and amenities at any time.

We found the room to be a bit dirty, with stains on the carpet. Additionally, the food choices didn't look very appealing, and the ones we tried were quite bland.

Spent Christmas in a resort with tons of activities, public areas with lots of space per person, and an indoor pool. the cleaning staff is top-notch and quick to react. the area around the resort is teeming with stores and the city centre is no more than 10 minutes away by cab. Good food and friendly staff. the hotel's kids' pool has a very good paddling pool for young children; it is not too deep, which makes it easy for parents to manage.

The hotel's drinks service is subpar and the rooms are quite noisy and in need of sound dampening, which can be a problem because there are so many fun activities going on throughout the day that it can be tough to sleep.

Villa Side Residence is conveniently located between shopping areas and the beach, making it a great choice for those who want to explore the city and enjoy the beach. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and the bathroom is also clean and well-maintained. The staff provide good service and are helpful despite the language barrier. There are always food options available 24/7, and the breakfast offers a variety of choices. the beach is just a short walk away, providing a beautiful view and a chance to relax.

One negative aspect is that the hotel lacks effective communication, as some staff members have poor English skills.
