Great building with modern furniture and stunning views. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Quiet location only 15 minutes from the city center. Best choice in the area.

Felt spoiled, no complaints at all.

The hotel offered spacious rooms and a delicious breakfast with local food options. the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and friendly during my stay. Additionally, the hotel had a great view from the room garden and the rooftop restaurant. the location was convenient, being close to the Sumela Monastery and within reach of Trabzon, Uzungol, and Ayder with a car.

The hotel's location was a bit far from Trabzon, Uzungol, and Ayder, making it necessary to drive for longer periods. Furthermore, the road from Trabzon had a lot of construction, which made it inconvenient for travel.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel for 4 nights. The staff, especially Saleh, treated us like family, ensuring all our needs were met and even delivering delicious homemade dinner to our room. The hotel and our room were impeccably clean, and the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains was a sight to behold.

I highly recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay at a 2 bedroom suite in Macka, I was amazed by the helpfulness of the staff at Voice Hotel. One minor drawback of our stay was the limited breakfast offered at Voice Hotel. Despite expecting a buffet breakfast, we were disappointed to find that there were very few options available.

Loved the spacious and clean rooms, felt like a home away from home. the staff was amazing and provided excellent service, making us feel very welcome. the view from the balcony was breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Convenient location close to the main road and Sumela Monastery, perfect for our city trip.

The breakfast included in our package was a letdown. It was not a buffet as expected, but rather a very limited selection.

Excellent hotel with beautiful mountain views, river, and forest surroundings. Delicious Turkish breakfast prepared by the hotel family. Spacious rooms with 2 toilets, 2 rooms, and 3 TVs. Washer machine available. Fantastic balcony view. Great room isolation. Kind and attentive staff. Nearby town with stores and restaurants.

We also appreciated the availability of a washer machine in the room.
