The breakfast at Four Points was a pleasant surprise. They served eggs cooked to order, hash browns, toast, and apples. While it was the same every day, the quality was good. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I appreciated their cheerful attitude. Despite a small issue with the bathroom light, the room was clean and up-to-date. The hotel had a great, huge TV with the option to hook up to our Netflix. The kids had a blast in the pool. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Four Points! The location was perfect for exploring the West End of Edmonton, with easy access to attractions like West Edmonton Mall and the Valley Zoo. We loved that there were plenty of restaurants nearby, and there was even a Walmart right behind the hotel for any supplies we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. We were especially impressed with the reasonable prices, making our experience even more enjoyable. we had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning to Four Points in the future.

One minor drawback was that our room was situated next to a central HVAC unit, which caused a low hum at times during the night. Additionally, the comforters on the bed were quite thick for a summer stay, and the layered puzzle of sheets and blankets quickly became messy with the kids.

One negative aspect was that the carpets appeared dirty and the bedding had visible stains.
