The lobby and facility are impressive, creating a very nice atmosphere. The reception and bell boy staff are exceptional, always smiling and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to good shopping malls and the business area. Car parking is available, which is convenient for business travelers.

The rooms were spacious and we had a breathtaking sky view from the 33rd floor. The staff, including Elif, Baran, and Koray at reception, were incredibly kind and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options available. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located next to the Mall of Istanbul and 212 Outlet, providing great opportunities for shopping and trying different Turkish cuisines.

Felt extremely welcome, nothing to complain about

The buffet breakfast was good enough in terms of variety and taste. We got two free bottles of water and there was a nice spa that we used to unwind. It was located in a convenient spot with easy access to shops and restaurants.

Our romantic escape was dampened by a few setbacks. the bathroom was not clean with hair all over the floor and a see-through door.

The service at this hotel was exceptional, with friendly and English, speaking staff. the spa and wellness center were luxurious and well, maintained, offering amenities such as a steam room, sauna, and full, body massages. the breakfast spread was perfect for every taste, with off, menu options available upon request.

The outdoor swimming pool, which was slightly cold. the lounge chairs and beach umbrellas provided made for a relaxing experience.

They even arranged breakfast boxes for my early morning flight, which was a thoughtful gesture. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the view from my room was stunning. Despite the slight inconvenience of the location and the limited variety in breakfast, I would still highly recommend Wanda Vista for its outstanding service, beautiful aesthetics, and great value for money.
