The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I encountered several issues during my stay. The check-in process was maddeningly slow, taking almost an hour and requiring forms for every guest, even my toddler. Additionally, the noise from other guests was unbearable at night. it felt like there was a constant party happening outside my room, which severely disrupted our sleep. I left feeling quite disappointed with the overall experience.

Toilet privacy is an issue with that sliding door gap!!! A more appealing interior design would elevate the vibe tremendously!!!

The evening rooftop pool ambiance was delightful, while the staff's kindness and attentiveness made me feel at home. The close proximity to the MRT station was incredibly convenient for exploring Bangkok.

Consider bringing cash for the key card deposit to avoid delays, and check the in-room catering prices before ordering.

the moment I stepped into this ‘hotel’, I was greeted by a chorus of thin walls and distant elevator waits. the gym is a joke, boasting a handful of dusty weights. I expected a complimentary water or something and got nothing, how convenient! absolutely knew this woudl ve been a 5-star review if only they cared.

I found the location incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Nana BTS, making it easy to explore the city. The rooftop pool provided a stunning view and was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. The staff were friendly and always eager to help, enhancing the overall experience.

The area can get quite busy and lively at night, which might not appeal to everyone.

what a disappointment! had to endure a ridiculously long wait for breakfast, only to be scolded by the staff like it was my fault. and don’t even get me started on the rooftop bar, where i was charged an outrageous amount for drinks—absolutely absurd! also, i truly expected a complimentary bottle of water or at least some snack upon arrival, but alas, no luxury for me.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop pool on the 25th floor. There’s nothing like relaxing up there, sipping cocktails while soaking in a breathtaking view of the city. The bed was super comfortable too, which made it great for a good night’s sleep. Plus, the MRT station was a short 7-minute walk. they even offer a shuttle service every 30 minutes, which is a nice touch!

this hotel is super nice and has an amazin rooftop pool on the 25th floor that just offers the best views. staff were really friendly and the location is perfect for gettin around, just a short walk from the bts. i loved how the food was really good too, no need to leave the hotel. my bed was comfy and the whole vibe was chill. i even got remembered by the team which felt great!

I absolutely loved the incredible breakfast options with a variety of choices. The staff were genuinely helpful, making my experience so much more enjoyable. Easy access to the BTS was a huge plus!

the hotel has a good gym and spacious rooms for relaxing. there is loud music until 2 am.

the hotel had a strong shower with good water flow. pool closing at 6pm is a bummer.

The room is designed thoughtfully with a unique mirror feature. you can watch TV while brushing your teeth. Plus, the daily cleaning ensures everything stays tidy. The location is vibrant with plenty of eateries and nightlife nearby.
