We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful suite at Zeniva Hotel. The bathroom was immaculate and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location, just a block from the sea, was ideal. We also appreciated the added bonuses of free valet parking and bike rental. Despite a few minor issues with language barriers and sound insulation, our overall experience was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Izmir. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and prime location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the waterfront area just a short walk away. The service was top-notch, with room service and dry cleaning available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a great stay. We also appreciated the terrace, where we could relax and take in the views. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

The maintenance of the hotel needs improvement, as some room amenities were broken and the cleanliness was not up to par.

Very centrally located near Ataturk Memorial on waterfront. Nice plaza for walking in fresh ocean air. EXCELLENT breakfast. VERY modern at good price. Shuttle access to/from airport.

Absolutely nothing.

The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. It was easy to walk to many nearby restaurants and shops.

The room was not properly cleaned during my entire stay. I had to remind the staff to properly clean it, and even then the bed sheets and covers were not changed.
