Our stay at Andaz was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded us to a suite. The chef went out of his way to accommodate my partner's food allergies and brought us special items. We felt like VIPs. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with a spacious and modern apartment that was spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the big infinity heated pool with a shallow end, perfect for kids. The location on the beach was fantastic, providing a beautiful view. We loved the convenience of being just opposite the Nakheel Mall, with its food courts, supermarkets, and pharmacy. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of delicious food and freshly squeezed juices. The staff were incredibly attentive and polite, ensuring we had a great experience.

As a light sleeper, I loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere at Andaz. The comfortable bed and blackout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep.

our recent stay at Andaz exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Egel at the reception. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food. The modern and cheerful design of the hotel was a refreshing change from the usual beige interiors found in Dubai.

Our thanksgiving stay had some positive moments. we enjoyed the complementary breakfast that was scrumptious and fresh. the hotel was in a great location with many restaurants and shops nearby. Lastly, it was nice to have access to the pool and beach during our stay which made our vacation even more enjoyable.

there was a bad smell in one of the rooms that the staff attended to a few times, but it kept returning which was unpleasant. we found it difficult to get the lighting system to work, which was too advanced for us to figure out.

The hotel's location was great, just a stone's throw away from a shopping mall and a beautiful beach. Even when catching an early morning flight, it was easy to get there. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. Also, the facilities, such as the roof pool and spa, were fantastic.

Some guests let their children run naked in public areas, which made us uncomfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The luxurious exclusive amenities fulfilled our every need. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, offering a sauna, steam room, and a full range of massage treatments. The outdoor swimming pool and beach access were perfect for relaxation, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The restaurant had a fantastic selection of delicious dishes, and the bar/lounge area served up some delightful cocktails.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of service at the rooftop pool. The pool with a view was stunning, but there were no staff available to serve drinks or snacks.
