Pros the hotel was immaculately clean with excellent staff and a complimentary breakfast that was top-notch. the free shuttle service within 2 miles was a great perk.

Cons There was nothing I didn't like.

The room had a beautiful view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the pool area was a highlight, offering a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Its location near local attractions and the NRG stadium was very convenient.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, and the process of extending our stay was not smooth. the inconvenience of having to take two separate elevators to access the parking garage was frustrating.

I always return here for city breaks. Staff once helped with my forgotten headphones. 24-hour reception, Poolside snack bar, Restaurant, Fitness centre, Rooftop pool.

From the moment we arrived, our stay at Hyatt House was exceptional. The hotel's location was perfect for attending the Taylor Swift concert at NRG Stadium, just a short walk away. The shuttle service provided to the event was a convenient bonus. The spacious and comfortable room, along with the rooftop pool, added to our enjoyment. Despite a few missing items in our room, we were able to make it work. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and enjoyable amenities.

The staff were kind and patient during our stay, especially considering the Taylor Swift concert weekend. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a rooftop pool that we loved. The location was convenient, within walking distance to NRG stadium where the concert was held. We enjoyed the full breakfast every morning.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially a guy named Bret who assisted us when we had issues getting to our room. Plus, we enjoyed the hotel shuttle and walking back from the stadium only took us 15 minutes.

Although we had a great experience, the elevators and stairs were a bit confusing, and we had to wait for our room when we arrived. Our room was also missing a few things, but it didn't affect our stay too much.
