During my recent stay at a desert resort in Dubai, I had an unforgettable experience. The service was excellent, with the staff at the Dunes and Al Forsan restaurant providing exceptional service. The beach towels had a delightful scent, adding to the overall experience of relaxation. The entire property was pristine and well-maintained, showcasing the cleanliness of the resort. I would like to highlight Mr. Hakem, who escorted us to our room with utmost politeness and courtesy. The refreshing Mint Lime drink offered at check-in was a delightful touch. Moreover, the complimentary chocolate cake and Patchi chocolates were a thoughtful gesture.

Despite the minor inconvenience of some restaurants being closed, the quality and value of the resort's restaurants were impressive. I particularly enjoyed dining at the rooftop lounge, which offered breathtaking sunset views.

We had a wonderful stay at Bab Al Shams Desert Resort. The Arabian style decor and desert views were stunning. Despite some noise from other guests in the morning, the staff quickly addressed any issues. The breakfast had plenty of tasty options and we loved the local specialties. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience. Don't forget to mention Rare Finds at check-in!

Nestled in the calm of the brown surroundings, this place is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The location also provides outdoor activities such as cycling, camel rides, and falconry. The room is spacious and equipped with amenities such as free water and coffee. Additionally, the staff at the restaurant and pool bar are friendly and accommodating.

It is a little pricey compared to other resorts in the area.

The hotel exceeded our expectations and provided the best vacation experience so far. the staff, particularly Yvonne from the GR team, went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. the hotel's amenities were impressive, and the room itself was amazing with lovely baths.

The prices at the hotel, including hidden charges, were quite high and added up quickly. the food, especially the breakfast and lunch at the international restaurant, was plain tasting and unimpressive.

The staff at Bab Al Shams was incredibly attentive and welcoming, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The desert tour led by Ismail was a thrilling experience and allowed us to learn about the local flora and fauna. The housekeeping service was meticulous and ensured our room was always in perfect condition. The surprise birthday celebration arranged by the staff was a delightful touch.

We had an amazing experience during our Christmas stay! the breakfast spread was absolutely fantastic with plenty of delicious options. the location of the hotel was perfect, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Not to mention, the vegan food options provided by Chef Amit were outstanding!

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the pool area tended to get a bit crowded, especially during busy times.
