The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any request. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The daily housekeeping service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that our room was always neat and tidy. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool and fitness studio, were excellent and added to our overall comfort and satisfaction.

The bedrooms had ample storage and the whole place was surprisingly peaceful considering its location on Sheikh Zayed Road. The gym and changing rooms were clean and well-maintained.

The apartment was nicely furnished, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The staff at Reception were very helpful.

The en suite in both rooms and additional WC were a plus. The hotel also had a washing machine if needed and it was easy to find taxis. The location was great, near a supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants. The view of Burj Khalifa from the room was impressive. The rooms and living rooms were big and the extra bathrooms were convenient.

Located in a central area, we were able to walk to the famous mall and use the nearby metro station to easily navigate the city quickly. The spacious apartments were equipped with essential kitchen appliances and two supermarkets conveniently located next door.

As a family visiting during Ramadan, having a kitchen in the unit was very helpful. The supermarket nearby made it easy to stock up on essentials. The metro station just a few minutes walk away was convenient, but taxis to Dubai Mall were also affordable. The staff at City Premiere Hotel Apartments were friendly and helpful, and the view of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain from our balcony was well worth the extra cost. The Iftar banquet in the restaurant was fantastic, and overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families.

The value for money at City Premiere was excellent and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, close to the metro and a short distance from Dubai Mall. The staff were professional and attentive, especially at the cafe premier where we had breakfast every morning.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the metro station and with easy access to popular attractions like the Dubai Mall and Jumeirah Beach. It was also a relief that there was no construction noise nearby. Additionally, the views from the balcony rooms were breathtaking, especially being able to watch the dancing fountains on the hour.

The communication from the reception was sometimes inaccurate, but it was handled well by the management. The furniture on the balcony was a bit destroyed and could use replacing.
