The room was super cozy with a choice of a queen bed or twin bed, a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped bathroom with a rain shower. It felt like a home away from home. As a traveler who values comfort, this room ticked all the boxes for me.

The only downside for me was the size of the room. I felt it was a bit small for my liking, but I understand that some people might prefer a more compact space.

We highly recommend this place! It was a great experience staying here. The hotel's location was perfect as it was near to Emirates Mall and the metro station. We also loved the fact that it was close to the marina which was great. The staff provided great customer service, making sure we had everything we needed from room service, laundry to tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were excellent with an air conditioning unit and coffee facilities, which is very important for us. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area was superb as well.

Overall it was an okay experience. the breakfast and dinner were complimentary which was a plus. the location was great as it was very close to the mall and beach. Another advantage was that the staff was friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Citymax Hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is cozy, modern, and offers great value for money. I was impressed with the management's efforts to make my wedding anniversary special by setting up a beautiful room and surprising us with a delicious cake. The attentive and friendly receptionist, as well as the other staff, made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this property.

Conveniently located near the mall and metro station. Quiet street with good security. Adequate rooms with modern feel. Polite and professional staff.
