Special mention to Akash, Arif, Mica, and Ahmed for their excellent assistance and attention to detail. the overall cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff, and proximity to public transportation facilities made our stay truly enjoyable. However, the WiFi connectivity and pool size could be improved for a more enhanced experience.

my stay at Dusit D2 was beyond expectations. the property is stunning with spacious, clean rooms, and exceptional service from staff like Zakir, Ali, and Ms. Hannan. the food options were superb, with a lovely atmosphere at the restaurant. convenient location near the metro station made traveling a breeze.

I keep returning for the impeccable service and amenities. The staff's help with parking on my first stay was memorable. The hotel has everything from Wi-Fi to spa services. It perfectly suits my needs. I can't wait to return for New Year's.

The hotel's in a chill spot and the breakfast - oh man, top-notch grub! The view from the pool is killer and the staff, especially the cool dude from the pool area, went above and beyond to stash us with what we needed. The only bummer was parking; had to pay extra bucks on the street thanks to a full house in their lot, but that wasn't a dealbreaker at all. All in all, a rad stay! 🌟

Indulged in a Club Room for added perks & treats, like private check-in and luxury linens. Enjoyed a volcanic stone massage that worked its magic on my muscles, followed by a coconut scrub and soothing herbal massage. Hosted a conference in a well-equipped meeting room. Tried the anti-cellulite massage and savored colorful Thai dishes. Relaxed with a couples' massage and explored the nearby shopping areas with the complimentary shuttle. The combination of oils and hot stones was pure bliss!

Good location, welcoming staff, delicious dining options, close to amenities. Room spacious, amenities fragrant, tasty breakfast but lacking American options. Convenient electronic power switches in rooms.

Valet service and parking direct lift access could be improved, though parking slots are consistently available.

Low bathroom lighting.

the hotel is super clean and cozy - with fluffy pillows and a comfortable bed. it’s so close to the metro in internet city, and handy for getting around. the in-house thai restaurant offers great asian cuisine. the hotel staff - especially mica - mahmoud, and jit - are fantastic and go out of their way to help.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the Dubai Internet City metro station. It made getting around the city so convenient. The staff here were amazing and went above and beyond to make me feel special. Cris in particular was incredibly helpful and always went the extra mile for my daughter and me. The room was nice and comfortable, with all the technology devices I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth thanks to the efficient and friendly staff. the service here was top-notch.

The only downside I could mention is that the breakfast got a bit repetitive after a few days. But, honestly, that's hardly a complaint considering all the other positives.

The D2 Kenz Dusit hotel in Dubai offered stunning views of the city from the swimming pool area and provided a great spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring. The city skyline at sunset was truly spectacular and made for a memorable experience. the hotel staff surprised me with a thoughtful welcome amenity in the room, which added a personal touch to my stay.

I found that the breakfast could use some improvement, as the variety of fresh fruits and cereals was lacking, and the space felt crowded during peak times.
